Celebration '98 costs $20.  There are $22 million in cash and merchandise
 prizes, with overall chances of 1 in 3 of winning a prize. It is played in
 Québec, Western and Atlantic Canada, but
 not in Ontario.

From December 1 to 31, 1997, the prize is $50,000 or a
 Cadillac Catera car. The winning number cannot be split up.
The grand prize draw for $5 million and two prizes of $1 million will be
 held on January 4, 1998. Subsidiary prizes of
$25,000, $1,000, $100, $50 or $20 will also be given away. Merchandise
prizes include a BMW 740 IL (or $105,000 cash option), a Mercedes 4X4 (or
$65,000 cash option), 10 Home Entertainment Systems (or $5,000 cash option
each), and last but not least, 10 vacation prizes (or $5,000 cash option each).
